Pages: problems with spacing between body and footer

Hello guys!

I'm editing a text in Pages, but I'm having a problem with the space between body text and footer (page numbering).

In some pages, there is no space between the text and the footer, as if it was part of the text but aligned to the right. It also appears to be random.
