trying to pair my I Phone 8+ with my Apple watch but when I start to pair the app asking me for update then it give me a message that my IOS 1.0 is up to date and i have no choices, the only choice i have is to cancel the update than to cancel the pairing and verification.. any solution?

What is the model number of your Watch? Is it actually a Series 1 or is it a Generation 1?
Having iOS 1.0 would be impossible. And it would be highly unlikely you would have Watch OS 1.0. If that is accurate then you have a first generation Watch which can only be updated to Watch OS 4.3.2
Is your iPhone 8 running iOS 12? Is this Watch paired to a different iPhone?

Yes my I Phone is IOS 12 and the watch was paired with other mobile but I unpaired it already.
I can’t pair it with watch app so I don’t know the version, the watch just sking me to choose the language

Yes .. but it was under my old account on my old I phone 6 but long time I didn’t use it .. now I trying to change it to my I PHONE 8+
