Need help, Insurance company asking for details

Right basically he my phone repaired via Apple for £555, Insurance company’s told me to do this then they would refund the amount in question, Now they’re aeking for this, I’ve already sent them loads of documents and apples terms and conditions on the Apple website saying they don’t repair liquid damaged iPhones under warranty, I’m not sure what they’re asking for now or how to obtain this, this is the email they’ve sent me.

Dear Mr Morris,

Thank you for sending across the receipt you have from an Apple repair.
Having reviewed the information provided, whilst I appreciate that this confirms a repair has been undertaken on the 21st August 2018, this does not provide sufficient evidence for us to consider your claim further at this time. As per the content of our final decision letter, we are of the understanding that damage caused as a result of the handset falling into a bath, should be something covered under the manufacturers warranty provided by Apple and therefore not something for which you would need to make a claim.
We therefore stated that in the first instance, you approach Apple and request confirmation from them as to whether they were able to carry out the relevant repairs under the manufacturer's warranty. In the event that this was not something that Apple were prepared to accept, we would require confirmation from them as to why this was the case. The information which you have sent us is merely an invoice for what appears to be a repair to the handset. Unfortunately this does not provide sufficient evidence as to why Apple were unable to undertake the works free of charge under the manufacturers warranty, nor does it provide confirmation as to what repairs have been undertaken and why these were required.
I must therefore maintain the position outlined in our final response letter of the 9th October 2018 and that in order to consider your claim further; we require confirmation from Apple that they are not able to consider your claim under the manufacturers warranty. In the event that this can be provided, we will also require confirmation from Apple as to what works were undertaken which resulted in your receiving an invoice for £556.44.
Unfortunately until we receive the information being requested we will not be in a position to consider your claim further. In the event that you remain dissatisfied and wish to pursue this further, I would respectfully request you follow the escalation process outlined in my final response letter.

You're not talking to Apple here. This is a user to user tech support forum, and we're just users like yourself.

That being said, the only thing I can do is to send you the link to the Apple Warranty text:

Apple One (1) Year Limited Warranty

In that official document, read point "d)" at section "WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?"

For any further question, please contact Apple Support.

Regards

Giulio
