There might have been an Acrobat Adobe update or not sure why this tarted happening. But now Acrobat Adobe has pop-up box to sigm in that pope uo every day I'm on the computer, whcih disconnects me from the Internet. How do I permanently disable this automatic start up or pop-up box that appear to sign in?

When I click on Go Menu, Utilities, then Activity Monitor, it shows Adobe Acrobat Synchronizer. This isn’t an automatic update message. It’s a pop-up to sign in which keeps disconnecting me from the Internet. It doesn’t pip up when I first log onto the Internet.
I have used Adobe Acrobat in a long time, so I can't be more specific. Have you checked Preferences to see if there is an option to turn off automatic updates? Also check System Preferences.
