I double clicked within my timeline by accident. What mode is this and how do I go back to a normal looking time line?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS Sierra (10.12.3), Also use my iMac

You’re in the precision editor. Press the escape key.

I do not have an escape key I only have my iPhone 6 and I only had a Mac book air for a few months then I had to give it back to rent king because I could not afford to pay for it any longer.
