I bought a foriegn movie on Apple TV gen 4K. Preview had subtitles, movie does not?
In that case, log in to https://reportaproblem.apple.com and raise an issue with the movie. Explain the issue in detail.
You can request a refund for it there as well.
What film was this? Did the description of the film indicate it had subtitles?
The trailer having subtitles does not mean the film itself will have them.
A moment in the reeds. Does not say it has subtitles in description. But it does say primary language is English which is false. The entire film is in a foreign language
I checked other foreign films I purchased and the subtitles are working
Have you turned them on in the Captions and subtitles menu?
