Apple ID Disabled

Whenever i try to download any app, my phone says that "your apple ID is disabled". I have reset my password and restarted the phone but still same problem. Please help me in order to rectify it.

Restarting the phone won't make any difference. As well as resetting its password did you also do : What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support ?


If you did, try contacting iTunes Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
