How to disable blur outside of slide?

I'm not sure that's the correct terminology, so let me expand... When you're on edit mode, you can insert objects and if you move it outside of the slide (that is, outside of the edges, "past the border limits" so to speak), it blurs or darkens, so you concentrate on the slide itself.

I need to make an e-learning script (which I always do in PowerPoint) and need to add annotations for the editors on the edges of the slide (for example, to explain if the slide does something in particular) and other text boxes (for pop ups that should be designed), but the blur doesn't let me work properly because I can't see what I'm writing or where the object is (well, slightly).

No, I can't take my work computer home. I already have my own (the Mac) in which I want to work in (and export to .pptx when done).

Is there a way to disable this blur?

MacBook Air, macOS Mojave (10.14), null

The "blurr" is permanent and cant be changed.

There is an inbuilt tool precisely for what you are trying to do called Comments, they are added to the slide or attached to any object on a slide using the Comments button in the toolbar. Its specifically designed to work with the collaboration feature.

Comments attached to object are hidden and are shown by clicking on the flag symbol.
