Trying to disable pop up blocker in Mojave 12. I click Safari->Preferences->Security and I only get two options:Fraudulent Sites & Web Content. Where is pop up blocker? Everything I have searched and read indicates this is where it should be.

Pop up blocker Mojave

Trying to disable pop up blocker in Mojave 12. I click Safari->Preferences->Security and I only get two options:
