GarageBand not showing MIDI output/input options?

I have a new MacBook, OS X, and updated GarageBand. However, when I plug in my MIDI keyboard--an Axiom 61--I can't just select one MIDI output. When I plug it in, GarageBand informs me there's now 2 available. I'd like to only have one available, because then all of the sound fonts would work. As of now, the organ sound fonts aren't working properly. I also can't see my keyboard as an input/output option when making a new track or in settings. I'm connecting using a USB cable and a dongle that goes from USB to lightning.

How can I go in and fix this?
