Spark and Mojave: Spark services unable to verify iCloud... Does anyone have any suggestions as everything appears to be set up appropriately.

Spark email is unable to access my iCloud account even when supplied with app-specific password; Spark states that my firewall may be the problem.

No other 3rd-party email app is acting in this fashion (I was using Postbox and am now using Airmail) and Spark is authorized in the firewall after the installation.

Spark is fine under IOS...

Try booting into the Safe Mode and see if it will connect.

Safe Mode - About

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.

Hello Eric,

I tried this the very first time that I had the problem and to no avail; I also turned off Sophos Home and the firewall in my router as I thought that these last two might be the source of interference: all of this to no avail.

This is really disconcerting because I have Spark email installed on both my iPhone and iPad under IOS 12.

As of yet, Readdle has not yet answered my support request, which is getting on to 2 weeks now.

This is the screen shot of the error response from Spark.
