Macbook Pro freezes and restarts

Hello everyone, I hope you can help me with my current problem.

I have Macbook pro (13 inch, mid 2012) MacOS Sierra (10.12.6) that has been working great over the past 5 years. Recently, my Macbook pro started freezing randomly including mouse, keyboard usually without flickering screen and restarting out of the blue without any warning or alert message afterwards (unlikely kernel panics?).

It seems these tend to happen more often when i physically my laptop and/or when i am running multiple programs (powerpoint, word, google chrome, safari..) simultaneously.

I have ran Full diagnostics while Holding "D" on reboot and showed no hardware/software issues. I also used Disk Utility on reboot to Erase hardware and download the most updated software.

This has not resolved my issue, however my macbook pro is currently much faster and smoother after erasing the hardware.

I was told that this might be related to overheating vs RAM issues vs Logic board ?

I have also ran Etrecheck reports and attached it to this message.

If i want to take it to an apple store so that they can fix the problem they will charge 475$ flat rate which is absurd. I would just buy a new laptop. Any help please?
