Iphone 7 plus No Audio Device Found

So I had this issue on my iPhone 7, but it was still under Apple Care. I paid $100 for a new device, then upgraded the iOS, and literally the same day it says audio devices not found. A brand new phone. How can that possibly be a hardware problem?!? 100% the software

Since I can’t edit my original post of Jan 2nd 2019 following problems with mic;

Everything started working again after resetting my phone i.e. erasing all contents etc.

When I tried to do factory reset I got an error message said factory iOS can’t be found on apple network

Which store did you take it to?

you should try to contact apple using the support app, or try another apple store. They should be fixing this hardware issue.

I believe this is a hardware issue ,most likely not your fault ,and can be fixed. You should take it to a 3rd party repair shop if Apple is not getting their act together.
