Answer: try to log in back to your iTunes using your Mac . Then reset the account. If Incase you have a difficulties , you can always come by to any stores or call the Apple tech . Now at days they can walk you thru by appointment on the telephone conference.

Note: please don’t force reset ,you just end up very mad til you broke it or make a further damage.

The only apple unit can last very long and very durable check also the warranty.

You cannot without disallowing the app itself.

Settings..General..Restrictions..Camera, off.

So you won't be able to access from the lock now but you also won't have a camera app till you turn it back on.

Basically reset the entire system coz it has a ripple effect from the other function to softwares or apps.
