Why can’t I unsubscribe from a certain app? The app Plotaverse keeps charging me 4.99 a month and I don’t know how to cancel it because every time I click it there’s a blank screen .

IPhone will not let me unsubscribe to app I just downloaded an app a couple of hours ago out of curiosity called "Astrology & Palmistry Coach", and after couple of swipes realized the content is not worth my subscription (which was required to access the app with the 7 day free trial). When trying to unsubscribe, the screen only shows a white screen with the name of the app on top. If you click on the blank space I either get a upgrade confirmation for $4.99 or $9.99 a week. The screen freezes after a couple of jabs in the dark. I do not want to be forced to subscribe to a unwanted app and would greatly appreciate help. [Re-Titled by Host]

You are following these instructions : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support ? And you've tried on both your iOS device and computer's iTunes ? If it's not working on either contact iTunes Support and see if they can cancel it for you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
