After updating Os to Mojave 10.14... Fox News will not load.....no problem with CNN, MSNBC, etc....👿....and I already unchecked the "Never use font smaller than" box.

Force quit Safari then while pressing and holding the shift key launch Safari. This will start up Safari in a clean state.
I am glad it works for you. As for me, it will still not load....load bar goes to about 10%....then stops cold. Every other site in my bookmarks, or any site I freely navigate to loads without any problem.
Seems to load in Safari 12 for me.
You may want to see if your bookmark is corrupt. Just type "Fox News" in the address bar, without quotes.
