so when i try to restore my iphone 6 to a backup on my mac that i made a few months ago. The back process starys normally but after an hour i get a message says " itunes cant restore because the backup is corrupt"
any sollutions ?

I have 3 backups and couldnt use any !!
What is the iOS version on the phone, and what iOS version were the backups made with? To restore a backup the version on the phone must be the same or later than the one the backup was made with.
Its iphone 6 wiht ios 8.3
What version of iOS was used when making the backup?
If you really have iOS 8.3 you should update. The current version for the iPhone 6 is 12.0.1.
Do i have to update to restore the backup?
I'm happy with this version and dont wish to update.
