iTunes Freezing Movies, Audio still Plays

So, since pretty much last week iTunes has started to completely FREEZE while playing movies. The Audio keeps running and even the closed captions... The Image on the other hand freezes completely. If i close the full screen and play it again, the audio plays but the image is black.

I have to quit iTunes completely and launch it again just so it does the same after 10mnts.

I have tested on multiple movies and even at my friends home and its doing the same thing so is not the internet. I am running the latest iTunes on a 15" Macbook Pro 2018.

I have no idea what else to do.
