Good morning biancpao,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I see that you have some concerns about finding out if a profile is installed on your iPhone. I can help provide some information about this.

You can locate profiles and delete them following these steps:

Delete the app and its configuration profile

To delete an app and its configuration profile, follow these steps.

  1. Delete the App.
    • Touch and hold on the app until it jiggles.
    • Then tap User uploaded file in the upper-left corner of the app to delete it. If you see a message that says, "Deleting this app will also delete its data," tap Delete.
  2. If the app has a configuration profile, delete it.
    • Go to Settings > General > Device Management, Profile Management, or Profile & Device Management, then tap on the app’s configuration profile.
    • Then tap Delete Profile. If asked, enter your device passcode, then tap Delete.
  3. Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Installing and verifying a profile could allow monitoring of data as well as prevent certain functions on the iPhone. You would need to reach out to the company whose profile this was installed from to receive more information about how the profile is managing the device.

Have a great day.

Good morning biancpao!

Thanks for following up. You're correct that if you don't see a profile after following the steps above then there are no profiles installed on the device. An iPhone will also state it's being managed by a profile when you first go to the Settings (more info here: Get started with a supervised iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support )

Since you are not seeing any indication here that there's a profile installed, your device isn't currently being managed by any profile configurations.

Take care!
