Apple Watch 4 SIRI not repsonding

I received my Apple watch 4 today. I paired it to my phone and went to use SIRI. When I start SIRI, it says "Hang On" then I'll tap you when I'm Ready and then it says" No Siri Connection, Neither Apple Watch nor I phone can acess SIRI." SIRI works fine on my cell. I have turned both my iphone and watch office and I still get the same issue.
