iPhone 8 home button cracked

Does anyone know the outcome of a previous post about iPhone 8 home button cracking during charging??

Unfortunately mine has done the same, there must be a problem here the fact it's happened quite a few times.

Went to "storm front" shop today and no help what so ever, say its impact but it wasn't!

Iphone 8 cracked home button not caused by accidental damage My iphone 8 was put on charge and once charged placed into my bag. When I went to get my phone out of my bag the home button had cracked. Here is a link to the same thing, they contacted an Apple advisor and explained what happened. I can’t guarantee you’ll have same outcome but perhaps it is worth a try.

But it seems they are aware of the issue, so contact them.
