I have just bought an Epson ET 2750 and the 2-sided Print option in Layout is greyed out. How do I turn it on to do duplex printing from my Mac with High Sierra 13.6 OS? The Dell computer with windows prints Duplex and Duplex is supported by the printer.

Have you checked to make sure you have a current driver for the printer?

You may be using the AirPrint driver which doesn't support duplexing.
You need to contact Epson.
I have the correct drivers for the printer and I have checked all the other options available to me. I do not have a pop-up window on the Print menu offering me the option to select 2 sided printing as shown in the manual you referred me to. All the other printers I have linked to my computer, either via a network or USB, offer me double sided printing. When I bought this printer I asked specifically if it offered duplex printing and was assured it did. There was no indication that there might be limitations to this if the computer was a Mac. Obviously I have set the printer up so cannot return it easily but I am not at all happy with the result. My partners Windows machine works perfectly with the printer, but it is not his primary printer.
I have tried to do exactly as you suggest and deleted the printer and re-installed it. The option selected was USB out of the two which were offered - the other being Scanner. I can see no reference Kind under Options and none to AirPrint. The 2 sided printing is still greyed out (no change at all that I could see) so I selected the suggested download on the off-chance that it would help matters. The download suggested on the next screen was a WF-xxxx so I assume this is for a different printer - mine is ET-2750- and have no idea if it would work for my printer and computer combination. Perhaps you can advise?
I have no idea how to check how the printer is connected to my computer - as far as I am aware it is via the USB cable and I have not seen any reference to AirPrint in all the efforts I have made.
The file which was downloaded when I first installed the printer is Epson_ET-2750_Series_LM_10_Web.dmg. Is this the correct one, and if not how do I find the right one?
I have re-installed the printer, yet again, and re-installed Navi, changed the connection to USB rather than wi-fiwhich appears to be the default if you aren't quick enough. I still can't print duplex. The option is still greyed out. Please help - this printer at the moment is a waste of space on my desk.
I forgot to say that I have the latest operating system for the Mac - High Sierra 10.13.6.
