Apple ID devices active and non active in list.

What does is mean when you see a red screen back ground on the devices that are using your Apple ID some have it and some don’t?

i cant see a list of the devices on which i am log to my apple ID account when going to settings, then clicking my name and surname i cant see the list of the devices on which i am logged in to my apple ID account. instead of this list i have a red note saying "list inaccessible" plzzzzz help thank youu:))

Y’all I’m new to Apple or I should say I took the time to look into Apple.. omg! My smart phone is too smart for me! Also.. why I’m the world does it give me a list of devices that I do not have? Can you please check to see why under my list of devices it says that I have a Mac? I’m trying to see if someone is using my Apple ID
