problem after mojave installation

I am unable to attach to email following Mojave install. When attachment is attempted, the system freezes and must force quit to restart.

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2012), iOS 10.1

Help mail app is freezing up my whole computer Help, I tried to send an email a few days ago which I now know was to large. The problem is it is sitting in my outbox causing the whole computer to freeze up. Boot into Safe Mode, Mac OS X: Starting up in Safe Mode, and try adding attachments from there. Any improvement? Reboot normally and test again.
