facetime sound problem
I just updated operating system, now have no sound on Facetime. High sierra 10.13.6. Speakers are working. I tunes works fine. Just Facetime problem.

I understand from your post that after updating your macOS on your MacBook Air that there is no sound when using FaceTime. The speakers work with iTunes without issue. I recommend testing the issue while your Mac is in safe mode and/or in a new user account.
