Since i heard you guys are adding quite a few new emojis i was hoping you could add a countries flag? The country name is Balochistan you can search the flag in google because i cant seem to add the picture of the flag via my phone unfortunetly. I hope you guys considere it and add it as soon as possible. Thank you for reading.
That particular emoji is part of the Unicode character set but has limited platform support. Due to this, the original recommendation to contact Apple is correct.

Apple has no control over the Emoji character set. That's controlled by an international agency known as the Unicode Consortium. Make your suggestion to them.
Apple has control of the design and presentation of the character set, but is limited to those approved and added by the Unicode Consortium. Apple can not add emojis that are not part of the standard. Doing so would result in incompatibility with other devices.
