HELP! Can’t hear phone calls. Anytime I make or receive a call, the other person can hear what I’m saying but I can barely hear them. I’m having to put them on speaker or use AirPods to hear phone calls. There appears to be nothing else wrong with the phone. I’ve tried adjusting volume, and every other solution that I’ve found on Google. Any help would be appreciated :)

Can’t hear phone calls unless I’m on speaker. When I call people or they call me, I can only hear them if I’m on speaker.

Likewise with me. It wont even give you the options to put the phone on speaker 😭😭
