Can I get rid of the "Google Chrome is trying to show passwords" prompt?

Not an earth-shatteringly important question, but I got a new MacBook Air this week and notice that when I am trying to see a password in my Chrome password manager, I get prompted to enter my MacBook password first:

Is there a simple way to tell the MacBook to stop asking for this? It's low on the scale of annoyances, and I get why it happens, but I don't really feel like I need the extra layer of security. Thanks!

MacBook Air, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)
