iPad Pro Pencil connected not working

Hello

On the iPad Pro the pencil is connected but not working. I have completed the following

1) Forget this device, Turn Bluetooth off then on and then re-pair. Connected and still not working

2) Same as above but after forget device turn power off and power on...

3) Settings, Reset, Reset All Settings

4) Waited two days for new software update 12.1 still not working

5) After update completed all the above still not working

6) Replace pencil nib

7) Went to apple store and tried a different pencil and still not working

8) Same as above and forget All other bluetooth devices.

All other blue tooth devices work as should

Annoying as I do like using the pencil with Afinty photo... It makes things easier.

Does anyone have any idea on how to get this fixed.
