XCode not updating to 10.1

Well the glitching screen has been fixed in 10.14.1, however now I encounter issues updating XCode to 10.1. It's stuck on "waiting" at zero. Internet is fine, tried rebooting to no avail. No other apps are pending download. Please Advise, thanks.
