How can I stop Siri from saying 24 hour time on Alarms?

I set alarms with Siri all the time on my iPhone X. But one day, Siri started saying the 24 hour time when I have it set to AM/PM time, which gets very annoying. I looked through the settings to see if I can do anything about it, but I can‘t. It also looks like no one else is having this problem. I just want Siri to say the proper time again. Please help!

Siri doesn't answer me while alarm is going I set an alarm at 11 pm today. The alarm started right at 11 pm, and it kept going. I shouted, "Hey Siri", Siri didn't reply to me. I shouted several times but there was no reaction from Siri. I googled, it seems that I can use “Hey Siri, stop timer” to stop the alarm. But why it doesn't work for my iPhone? Siri is suddenly unable to set timers and alarms I have an iPad MD510LL/A running ios 10.3.3 (14G60). Siri was always able to respond to my voice requests to set timers and alarms. A week or so ago she suddenly was unable to do so, responding "Sorry, there's something wrong" or similar. What is the cause and resolution for this issue?
