we don't have DEP in use yet, but I have a short question regarding it.
I was wondering if it's possible to use DEP without having to add the devices to the company's Wi-Fi.
The company doesn't want to have the mobile devices connected to the company Wi-Fi.
Will it still be possible to push all settings / profiles (Apps, Mails, etc.) to the devices, even though they are only connected through 3G or non-company Wi-Fi?

Should work fine. the only potential issue I can see is pushing apps larger than 150 MB.
You might consider putting up a separate Guest WiFi network for the mobile devices.
