Editing Home Screen layout in blueprint - Configurator 2

I am trying to edit the Home Screen layout in one of my blueprints in Configurator 2 however when I click on Modify Home Screen Layout after selecting the blueprint I want to edit, the window that comes up contains the Home Screen layout of other blueprints I have saved and I cannot edit/delete these folders at all. This is extremely frustrating. If I push out one of the blueprints that I have previously saved, then the Home Screen layout is nothing like how it should look and is basically all the apps with no organisation/folders etc. I have tried dragging the 'ghost' folders out of the window and pressing the delete key but nothing happens. I have tried Command-Delete, Control-Delete and even Option-Delete, none of them work. How is one supposed to delete apps/folders from the edit Home Screen window? Is there a file I can delete that will reset these blueprint preferences? If I create a new blueprint then it inherits the folders of other blueprints I have which I don't want. I want a clean slate but as I previously said I cannot delete these other folders. Any help would be much appreciated.

Mac Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)
