How to undisable Apple ID

My apple id has been disabled. However i am able to sign in. It just won’t let me install anything from the app store or itunes. All it says is ”Apple ID has been disabled”. I have signed in and out and changed the password with the same result. What do i do?

After changing its password you then logged out and back in : What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support ? If you did, contact iTunes Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
