Logic Remote via USB

Hi - I've been using Logic Remote via wifi for some time with great success, but today decided I needed to take advantage of the USB/lightning cable connection. It did not work for me at first, and a web search didnt seem to resolve.

I had all the boxes checked - latest itunes, ios, osx, logic, logic remote - all current. Still would not connect via USB/lightning.

On a whim I decided to disable wifi on the ipad, and that did the trick. Seems that even though it was hardwired, it was still trying to use the wifi connection, and I had the computer and ipad on two different networks. Shutting it off fixed the issue immediately.

Thought that might help a couple folks that had been experiencing the same thing and finding no solutions.
