Creating Shared Folders - iPhoto

Hi,

Currently family sharing an iCloud account, and creating shared albums as we go. These are beginning to create a long list - is there any way to create a 'Shared Folder' to keep these organised? I can only see folders for normal album types.

Also, as we are family sharing, is this the best way of sharing photos (by creating shared albums all the time and adding to these) - any better way to share photos between two different apple IDs? Would be great if both our phones (and additional Mac) could all sync the same photos without too much manual work.
