Why can’t I take live photos on FaceTime anymore?

Hi all,

I have an iPhone X with the latest iOS installed. However, when I go to my FaceTime settings, I do not get the option to toggle on live photo. Is anyone else experiencing this? Before I installed iOS 12 was the last time I could use the feature. Is anyone else experiencing this? All assistance is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately the Live Photo feature was removed from FaceTime in iOS 12 or later.
