Can TIFF files be edited on iPad ?

Can TIFF files be edited on iPad? I have a 165MB drum scan of a large format negative I would like to edit on my iPad Pro with Apple Pencil.

Should be able to, but you will need to purchase and use a third party full featured image editor.

Look at either Pixelmator and/or Affinity Photo or a, if doing creative work on the image, look at ArtStudio Pro and/or Procreate.
