JPG TO SVG on adobe draw or even just the iPad 7th generation

I desperately need help converting JPG files to SVG files. I’m using adobe draw on my iPad 7th generation and I seen on YouTube where I have to have the creative cloud downloaded. Well I downloaded it and it’s still not saving as SVG or even PDF.

someone please point me in the right direction on how to do this.
