Radeon RX560 Display issues / startup issues

I have a mid 2010 Mac Pro and I upgraded the Graphics card to Radeon RX560. I noticed that when booting up I do not see the apple screen. It will just boot and will not show up until the login screen. Any idea on what why that is?

The color is also not as crisp as before. I am using the HDMI to HDMI connection for one Monitor and Display Port to Hdmi for the other. When going into settings and display toggling with settings I am not able to get a clean display. Its okay just bright. I have messed with the monitor settings and this doesn't help. I didn't see any drivers for mac on this Graphics card. Any help would be appreciated.

When adding an approved display from the list for Mojave, if you do not use either a "Mac-Edition" card or a custom-flashed card sold as supporting "Boot Screens" you get no picture until the login screen. It's a feature. This can make alternate use Windows more complex.

HDMI is a consumer-quality interface, invented for HD TV sets up to 1920 by 1080p. Pushing it beyond that requires special settings, cables, and adapters, and sometimes it still does not work properly.

DisplayPort family is the professional-grade interface you should try to use, if your display supports it directly (not with adapters). It has inherently higher bandwidth, runs cooler, and has fewer issues. [Mini] DisplayPort and [Full Size] DisplayPort are just a re-wire -- no conversion except the size of the connector.
