APPLE WATCH - Force touch clear all notifications NOT working anymore

I have a series 3 & I just updated it this morning to OS5.1.1 in hopes that it would fix the clear all notifications force touch. I used to be able to press and hold to clear the notifications at once. Now when the clear all comes up and I click on it, it just goes back to the screen showing the notification. So, How do you clear all the notifications at once now?
