Best solution to get high quality audio out on a 2017 MBP?

I know about the $28 Behringer unit. This only does 16 bit. I was hoping for 32 bit.
Since Apple dropped the Tos-link cable option at the audio out port this leaves a problem.
So, a USB-c to Tos-link is what I need.
There is a business opportunity there.
