When sending myself a text of an emoji so I could paste it into another app, my name popped up with a phone number that does not belong to me, with "Siri found in apps".
Naturally, this concerns me. Is there any way of finding out which app this came from? I have googled and searched and can not find the answer. I haven't downloaded any shady apps.

Actually, it wasn't in messages, since it did not show me where the number was found, but it did lead me to the answer. I opened up my contact card (since messages has my personal contact card listed in preferences). It did show several email addresses listed, and it DID show where Siri found them "Siri Found in Mail". There was a little "i" next to it that would actually show the message that indicated that information.
While I was looking at the email addresses, the phone number in question popped up in my contact card as well. I clicked on the info, and it was actually an email that I sent out with a phone number in it.

Well, you used the Messages app to send yourself this message. So I would suspect Messages first.
Where did Siri find this phone number?
