How fix Apple Music subscription

I’m trying to change my subscription to student but it’s saying my email is already used ... how to fix this ??

Apple Music student subscription So I have currently use the same email for school as my Apple ID email as well . I wanted to change my subscription plan from regular individual to student since I am now a freshman in college. Every time I try to change my subscription it says my email is already in use, and won’t let me allow to change it. Please help me resolve this issue

Id like to switch my apple music to a student account I didnt know that you can have a student rated apple subscription and id like to switch it but it said my email is taken when i tried to verify i was a student. Im awful with technology so please bare with me.

Apple Music Subscription Hello, I have changed my apple subscription to student several times, for the past few months I have been getting charged the whole amount and keep having to change it back to student. However, now it is telling me my account is already in use.
