iPhone 6s plus blurry camera issue

Hi all,

I didn't know that I am carrying a defective camera for 4 years unless i went worse. Now I got it replaced. Shouldn't Apple notify all the owners about the defective phone they are owning? Is there any way we get compensated for this?

There are several significant differences from the motor industry. First, a blurred camera doesn’t harm anyone but a vehicle defect can be lethal. Second, motor vehicles must have fees paid and be registered with government authorities so they know who owns every one of them, unlike cellular devices. If you want to propose paying a fee for mandatory state registration of your devices there will be millions of other users opposing you.
