Warranty claim with 14days policy in Malaysia

Hi, I had just brought an iPhone XS max less than a week , with my iPhone there is some Issue ( heatup and screen yellowish color) ... With the apple policy as a customer are able to return and exchange a new device within 14day but I have connected to yr apple care service senior adviser and they are not allow to exchange its because apple Malaysia with no policy regarding exchange 1 to 1 within 14days since the device I just brought few days ago and the device with an quality issue ... It look unfair to us(Malaysian) I hope you can reply me... and this is a serious case...

Apple stores in Malaysia have their own policies and other countries Policies do not necessarily apply. See the “policies” section at the Apple Malaysia web site - Help - Apple (MY)



3. Standard Exchange Policy

All products purchased at Apple Store in Malaysia cannot be returned or exchanged under these Terms. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only. If you believe that your product is defective, please call Apple Store Customer Service at 1800-80-6419. If Apple determines, in its sole discretion, that the product is defective, you will be eligible to exchange your product. Apple reserves the right to test your defective products.

For Malaysia there are no apple store and apple care where located. Who are selling in Malaysia is iTworld, iSwitch and this is apple's authorizes store. With what I what I purchasing is the same currency price between oversea and Malaysia but why we are not eligible to have 14day return policy services somemore the device is with an quality Issue.... It look unfair to Malaysian...
