Mac Mini crashing in Mojave

Hi

Since upgrading to Mojave my Mac mini will always crash in the following scenarios:

1. Whenever I play music in iTunes on multiple speakers (one of which is an airplay speaker).

2. Whenever I visit certain web pages. These normally contain audio of video clips I think but I'm never able to check (as it always crashes).

In safe mode it is fine. I only have a few things installed. See below for Etre Check report. One is a Steermouse extension but it crashes without this. Interestingly after I installed 10.14.1 it worked flawlessly for the day. But then after another restart the following day it was back to crashing. If you can spot anything it would be much appreciated.

Thanks

James
