Smart Mailboxes

Hello!

I'm trying to set up my smart mailboxes on Mail and I want to include in a mailbox messages sent to a specific email address. What's the correct rule to do that?

The "from" rule is quite useful but I would need also a "to" rule. Is there any rule like that?

Smart Mailbox I set up a smart mailbox but the emails still show up in my main overview. My goal was that emails from a certain sender go straight to the smart mailbox and don't show up in my main mail box to reduce clutter. Am I missing a setting?

Cannot Create New Smart Mailboxes I noticed at some point in the last week or so that if I create a new smart mailbox or edit an existing smart mailbox's rules these changes are not retained the next time I open mail.
