My paid pre-ordered album is not available for download

Hello. I have purchased a pre-ordered album a month ago which was was expected to be available for download on the 09 November 2018. I haven't received any email on my inbox regarding the availability of the album, but I did receive a notification from my bank that confirms payment of the album. I checked the album on iTunes and it does not give me the download option. What should I do to fix this? I mean I paid for it and I got 2 singles which were available for download when pre-ordering the album. What happened?

iPhone 6, iOS 11.4.1, Mac Book Pro

You've now paid for it, does it show on the account's purchase history ? You weren't charged when you pre-ordered it (if you saw a charge on the card at that time : About payment card authorization holds from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support).

If it does show on the purchase history does it not show for downloading : Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support ?
