I have the new iPad pro for a few days now. I notice that the iPad no longer has internet access for a certain period of time. this takes 10 minutes, or I do a restart. When I use a hotspot, the problem is the same. It is very annoying.
iPad Pro 11-inch, Wi-Fi, iOS 12.1
GOOD NEWS: After I updated my iPad to iOS 12.1.3, the issue is gone......okay Apple I will trust you one more time :)
I can confirm disconnecting the usb-c audio adapter resolves the issue.
major bug! i use it for spotify on my desk speakers. can't use it this way
Mine just started having WiFi problems with version 12.1.3
so 12.1.3 has not resolved the issue (losing internet, but not wi-fi, even if nothing is on the usb-c port)...how can we trust Apple now ?

I have to shut mine down everytime too. Really annoying, I mean, you’d expect so much more after paying the crazy amount of money for this thing.
While not an acceptable remedy, I can confirm turning off Location Services prevents my wifi from losing internet connectivity.
